In order to achieve this, you will be required to commit fully to one (1) 15 minute meditation each day, roughly at the same time of each day. This 2,500 year old practice has been proven to be one of the most effective tools in history for activating one’s human potential. In order to receive the full effects of this process, you will need to commit to continuing the meditation for a total of at least 1.5 years (at least 6 months after your Crowned & Throned study) or all efforts will be lost. However, you will witness with your own eyes and inner sight the radical transformations that will occur in your life from this ancient mystical practice. And I believe you will be quite encouraged to reach the finish line after our year together has completed. Each month, you will receive measurements of your progress and a reflection of your development.

Throughout the year, we will have one (1) two hour call every other week. This will mostly be held on the same day of the week and at the same time. Due to my travel schedule, there may be a few calls that will need to be arranged for other times. We will check in with the group to determine the best time for these rescheduled calls. All calls will be recorded for the group mentorship. Prior to each group call, everyone will be asked to write a short summary (a few lines-3 paragraphs) of where they are in their process. From these summaries, I will offer ancient teachings and tools that address what is happening for each of you, as well as any messages I receive from our guides. This way, we will ensure that everyone receives guidance specific to their path each time we speak. Often, guidance that is shared for one may be guidance needed for another as well, especially as our energies become synchronized. The second hour will be opened up for sharing, conscious dialogue and group discussion. Our collective prayers, meditations, and visualizations will be magnified through the power of our group experience.

We will begin our work together with each one of you identifying your needs, desires, and dreams. We will construct a map of where you are and where you want to go. We will open ourselves to the Unknown, to the Mysteries and allow the guidance that is for each of us to come through. We will surrender and receive.

Once we have a grasp on where each of you are, we will engage in a process that deconstructs your programmed psyche. Your psyche is responsible for your entire world view and all the supporting beliefs which form your reality, however much of this has been based on experiences and conditioning from when you were very young. All your early wounds, fears and pains have helped to construct your inner psyche. In order to return to the core of you, to the Love deep within, we must dismantle this old system. Once we have cleared and dismantled these outdated, limiting beliefs, we can rebuild your psyche from your most authentic truth and power.

We will also spend time throughout the year clarifying and refining your needs and deepest desires. You will embrace and learn to embody all the visions you have for your highest wellbeing.

Our sessions will focus on bringing everyone into their highest vibrational field. These calls will be your tuning forks. With each session, we will bring you deeper into your center, deeper into your clarity. During the year, these calls will provide you with attunements and re-alignments—nourishing you with tools, meditations, transmissions, books, and resources to help you integrate all aspects of your spiritual growth and development.

We will explore the deeper aspects of ourselves, our inner constructs and stories, in relationship to: the Heart, Nature, Creativity, Consciousness, Wellbeing, Abundance, Prosperity, Relationships, Energy, the Cosmos, the Animal Kingdom, the Elemental Kingdom, Universal Laws, Universal Love, Divine Thought and Truth. We will truly dive deep into the Sacred Mysteries.

Methods that we will draw upon during our year together include: spiritual teachings, shamanic practices, breath-work, stillness, integrated meditations, the healing arts, ancient indigenous wisdom, language, movement, prayer, trauma release work, dance, song, channeling, creativity, imagination, conscious creation, listening to Nature, Presence practices, and most importantly PLAY. The methods, drawn upon in accordance with Spirit, will help you develop a new relationship to your body, to your heart, to your Life, and your own unique unfailing connection to the Love that is the Source of all of Creation.

The trust we build together will enable you to go deeper into releasing old wounds and patterns, into honoring the Earth, into developing your own channels, and enabling you to access your deepest compassion and acceptance of all that is. It will enable you to transform your DNA and the past cellular memory held in your body. It will facilitate a deepening process of embracing your true self, of being held in the womb of the Great Mother and always knowing how to access that grace and divinity within you. It will allow you to show up in your world transformed—with renewed power—in your authenticity, vulnerability, integrity and embodied wisdom. And the connection we generate together as a group will be a rare gift and power each of us may draw upon at any time.

While I will run in the fields of mystery with you, each one of you will be held accountable for what it is you truly desire, for being honest and transparent, for supporting our collective, for claiming responsibility for your creation on all levels of existence, and for maintaining your daily meditations, tools and practices. Stepping into the Mysteries, into the Divine Unknown, is not for the faint of heart, but for all those who embark upon this journey, you will be victorious!
