This 40 day course has been revised and amplified to meet the needs of our time and provide the very same sacred knowledge and tools I teach to the private students and initiates within my Modern Mystery School, Crowned & Throned.

We will initiate this course the day after our beautiful Equinox gathering and create some time devoted to personal transformation and celebration. The equinoxes represent balance when both night and day are the same length.
These changing cycles are a time to change focus and life direction.
Structured around the Cherokee Medicine Wheel, this course follows the ancient technology of my ancestors. When Native Americans refer to “Medicine” they are referring to the vital power or life-force that is inherent in Nature itself, and to the personal power within oneself which can enable one to become more whole and feel complete in life. Each week is dedicated to an aspect of the wheel. As we move through the wheel of life, this journey entails 40 days of affirmations, meditation, teachings, and guidance to assist you in transforming your everyday reality.
Each day, we’ll spend 15 minutes meditating on an affirmation designed to shift your subconscious programming. Our subconscious programming determines 90% of our behaviors, habits, and choices. Doing just the affirmations alone may be all you can handle at this time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I enroll?
The morning of September 23rd, you will receive an email with a link, your user name and password for the course. Beginning this day, you will receive the daily affirmations and guidance to assist you in your transformation.
Do I need to watch every class video?
There are many ways to utilize this course, which will be explained in the intro video at the start of the course.
How else can I support my journey?
It is advised that you take notes when appropriate in your own handwriting, in a journal, and that you create space during the forty days to follow the simple daily guidance and activities that support your transformation. We also advise attending the Live Q+A sessions for there may be perspectives shared from other participants and myself that support your journey.
